At SHOP4SUN we accept two payment methods for orders:
Bank transfer
You can pay the specified amount of the quote you received in your email to the following bank accounts:
Once payment has been made, you must confirm the transaction by sending proof of transfer to pedidos@shop4sun.com
If you have credit available at SHOP4SUN, your order will be validated after review.
Redsys: Payment by card
If you select card payment, once the purchase is confirmed, you must enter your bank card details and the payment will be automatically confirmed, as it is immediate. For security reasons, your bank will sometimes send a code to your mobile phone to complete the payment. SHOP4SUN will not receive or access this information.
Withholding of funds
Please contact your bank for information regarding payment authorizations and held funds. When you place an order in our online store, we contact your bank to confirm that your card number is valid. The bank's response is an authorization for the transaction for the full purchase value. At that time, we do not charge the order amount; instead, the amount is reserved.
Some banks may hold these authorizations for 7 to 15 business days. If your payment is declined due to lack of available credit, contact your bank to confirm if the held funds are transaction authorizations. Also, check the retention period for these authorizations and ask your bank to release them if the order is canceled.
SHOP4SUN cannot request the release of these funds, as these authorizations remain active from the card-issuing bank.
